How is an offer put together?
When putting together an offer for your translation, there are a number of factors that play a role. It is, therefore, a significant advantage if you send us the text in question with your enquiry. In doing so, all factors can be considered, and we are able to send you a tailored offer that takes into account all of these details. For small translations, we have a minimum charge policy. We are more than happy for you to contact our Project Managers concerning possible discounts.
For translations that have to be certified, you may send us your scanned source documents in an email, by fax or by post. Additional costs will be incurred for the certification process. Our staff are, of course, on hand at your local branch, to assist and advise you personally. We kindly request that you book an appointment beforehand.
You may also deliver the original documents in person, however, a copy is normally sufficient for the translation. This also depends on the quality of the copy, and the purpose for which you require the translation. Please enquire with the respective authority as to whether the translation must be from the original.
